The player of the Texas Holdem poker tournament should be able to know what blinds are, why they are important, and when to steal those blinds. It is because stealing the Texas Holdem blinds is very essential in winning the Texas Holdem tournament.

Obviously, to win in the tournament, you should be able to last until the final stages of the Texas Holdem tournament. This will require you to grow the stack of your chips as to keep up with the increasing of the poker blinds. When the poker blinds increases to a larger amount, it becomes very necessary for you to steal them once every round so that you could keep your stack at safe size.

It is not advisable to steal blinds early in the game, when they are still low, because other players will try to call you more often since the risk is less at that time. So, the best time to steal the poker blinds is when it become large (usually it is in the mid or in the late rounds).
